In order to ensure the smooth running of BIMHN, ensuring that projects are progressing and our mission statement is being upheld, we hold a number of meetings.
Monthly Business Meetings
These meetings are generally held on the second Monday of every month, and open to members of BIMHN to attend. It is an opportunity for the committee to report back on the progression of projects; members to voice their opinions, concerns, and give feedback; discussions to take place; and to hear from any guest speakers that may have been arranged.

Annual General Meeting
A cornerstone of our governance structure, the AGM is where yearly reports are presented, and the committee positions are open to election.
The committee meets frequently to discuss ongoing projects, arrange socials, and work on the direction of the branch.
